CorgenX is an independent web development team based in Bengaluru, India. This page explains what personal information corgenx.com collects, why we collect it, who else handles it, and how you can ask us to see or delete it.
What we collect and why
When you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, mobile number, project type and project details. Your company, current website and platform are optional. The form sends this to our mailbox as an email so we can reply. It is not added to a list or stored anywhere else. The same applies if you email us directly.
When you use the free website audit
The website audit needs only the address of the website you want checked. For each scan we record the website’s domain, the date, the score and which checks didn’t pass. We use this to see which problems are most common, to improve the checks, and we may contact that business through the contact details it publishes on its own website.
We don’t record who ran the scan, your IP address, the optional traffic and customer-value figures, or the full report. To stop one person overloading the tool, your IP address is held briefly in our server’s memory to count requests. It is never written down.
When you ask for your audit report by email
We use your email address to send you the report. Next to the field is a tickbox:
- Ticked: we keep your email address with the website’s domain and score, and we may write to you about your results.
- Unticked: we send the report and don’t add your address to our lead list. A copy of the sent email stays in our mailbox, as with any email we send, and we delete it if you ask.
Live chat
Live chat is provided by Tidio and loads on every page a few seconds after the page itself. Once it has loaded, Tidio can show us that someone is on the site, which page they are viewing, their approximate location and their browser, even if they never open the chat.
If you do chat with us, Tidio also stores your messages and anything you choose to share, such as your name or email address, so we can reply and continue the conversation later.
When you book a call
After an audit, you can book a free call. This opens a Calendly booking page, and nothing from Calendly loads until you open it. The details you enter there go to Calendly and to us, so we can hold the meeting. We don’t pass your audit results or website address to Calendly.
When you browse the site
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, what device and browser they use, and actions such as opening the chat, whether an audit finished and which score band it fell in. It never receives the website address you scan or the email address you enter. Because site search keeps your search words in the page address, Google Analytics does see what you search for on this site. We use these statistics to improve the site, not to identify you.
The share buttons on our articles are plain links. Nothing from LinkedIn, X or WhatsApp loads unless you click one.
Like any website host, Vercel processes technical information such as your IP address and browser in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Cookies and browser storage
- Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
- Tidio uses your browser’s storage to remember your chat between pages and visits.
- Calendly may set its own cookies, but only if you open the booking window.
We don’t run advertising or ad-tracking scripts on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries, chats and our lead list only as long as they are useful for the conversation and our records. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time. Google Analytics keeps its statistics for the period set in our account.

- delete your information
- stop contacting you

This site is meant for businesses and is not aimed at children.
